  • We are Permanently Closed

After serving Oak Harbor since 2006, I have closed my doors officially. I am still on Whidbey Island, but no longer offering photography services or learning classes on a regular basis. I am only offering Preschool Portraits for Ms. Ashley's Preschool in the spring.

Past clients may be able to purchase digital images from their past sessions if they are still available on my archive drives. Contact me for more info.

If you are a photographer inquiring about the possible purchase of my props and/or backdrops, many of my items are listed on Facebook Marketplace. Feel free to contact me for direct links or to inquire about anything you see in y portraits that you are interested in to see if they are available.

Thank you for trusting me with your family portraits since 2006. I loved working with you all.

    Renee

Brayden’s Three!

Unfortunately, we are a few months late for Brayden’s birthday. He turned 3 in July, but due to illnesses on our side and his side, he just now made it in to get his portraits done. And he did a great job! Here’s your sneak peek, your proofs will be ready within a few days.

Meekah turns two!

Meekah and her family are close friends with us. She was born 2 weeks after my little Elijah. So, those two are not only close in age, but they are buddy-o-pals as well. You could say that they are maybe too close, they just love each other. Anyway, Meekah has turned two and so she came in for a quick session to show off how much she’s grown. After her session was finished, she asked for Elijah and so he came down from his room and they took some pictures together. So, that last picture is for everyone who knows these two little characters!

Update on MY Bundle in the Oven

As promised, I am giving an update on my pregnancy. I am about 19½ weeks along and although I get nauseous every now and then, I am happy to say that’s all I feel. I am carrying the baby pretty low, and I am just now getting into maternity pants. I am having a scheduled C-section which will be during the week of April 13th. We will have a set date as we get closer.

Today we had an ultrasound and found out that we will be having to go back again because the baby was not in a good position for the pictures needed.

As most of you know, we have boys and so once again, I am expecting a boy, dad is convinced we’re having a girl. And although today’s appointment was just under an hour and difficult to get a look here and there, one thing was clearly visible – we are having a GIRL. And dad has had a name picked out for almost 3 years now, so her name will be Abigail Amaris. Abigail’s meaning is “Father’s Joy” and Amaris means “Promised By God”. Daddy finally got his little girl. 🙂
