The good news is it wasn&#8217;t my editing software &amp; no sessions have been lost. I am always backing up work constantly! \u00a0The bad news is that when it was getting fixed, certain plug-ins for my editing software were lost. I was able to re-install everything except one very important component that is used when finishing up the editing process and preparing your proofs for release.<\/p>\n<p>There are a few other things not working correctly. And to spare you from boring technical details, I will say that I am trying to get this all fixed as quickly as possible. Thank you to all of you with current active online proof galleries &amp; orders who are patiently waiting. Every day I am making progress and able to get a few things done.<\/p>\n<p>I will continue to update everyone as needed. A few orders have come in and a few more are on their way.
