Not just from family, but friends, neighbors &amp; co-workers of family. So, for right now, we are gathering the amount of interest. I know the holidays are coming, so we&#8217;re unsure about what time of the year would work best for everyone over there.<\/p>\n<p>Not familiar with my work? But I do a variety, so that includes high school seniors &amp; families as well.<\/p>\n<p>So for right now, here is what is in the works&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Basic Info<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We would need a minimum of 10 sessions to pay for just the gas to get there and back. Each session would be charged my &#8220;on-location&#8221; fee of $75. The fee will be paid prior to us leaving Washington. Fee is non-refundable.<\/li>\n<li>There will be 2-3 sessions done on one day &#8211; depending on the participants. (Babies\/Toddlers take longer). Times slots will be posted and then filled on a first come, first serve basis. <\/li>\n<li>Hosts may be needed to provide an central area for sessions to be done. Right now, my parent&#8217;s home in Corona is the main area. If you would like to host sessions (1 day) in your home, please let me know and I will send you size requirements\/needs.<\/li>\n<li>Proofs will not be available until after I return home, may take up to 4 weeks<\/li>\n<li>All orders will be shipped using the rates given within your online proof album. I use UPS 2nd Day Air, includes insurance on your portraits. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Session Includes:<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Up to 5 people, $5 for each additional person<\/li>\n<li>1.5 hours of session time. Option to add time for $5 for each 30 minutes, due at the end of the session.<\/li>\n<li>Multiple clothing\/backdrop changes as time allows<\/li>\n<li>Fee covers time &amp; talent only. Prints\/products will be billed separately<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Dividing a Session -Invite a friend to split the fee &amp; time<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>$32.50 each, with 45 minutes each session (totaling 1.5 hours all together)<\/li>\n<li>Best for 1-2 children per session<\/li>\n<li>One clothing change &amp; <em>maybe<\/em> one backdrop change<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>Now, what time of the year&#8230;<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>November 2008 : 17-28, with all sessions trying to be complete prior to Thanksgiving<\/li>\n<li>December 2008:  22-Jan 2, with all sessions working around Christmas and New Year<\/li>\n<li>March 2009: 23-April 3, no holidays to work around<\/li>\n<li>June\/July 2009: Unsure of dates at this time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>So, what we need right now is to find out what time of the year works best for all of you in CA.
