It’s been a while since I’ve posted. But for good reason. I have been on a much needed vacation. For the first time in 4 years, my family & I went TOGETHER on a fun 2 week vacation in California. While we were there, we visited family, friends and theme parks! But I will post about that on another day!<\/p>\n

I had decided that I was not going to do any sessions while I was in California. I didn’t want to work, I wanted to enjoy the time I had and not worry about editing and all that. But this session was different. This is my cousin, this is my best friend, this is, well, my sister. And not only that, but she is my graphic designer as well. She is the face behind all of my branding and marketing designs! She is the owner\/designer for CrittoMarket Designs<\/a>.<\/p>\n

She had called me months ago and stopped me as soon as I said, “hello” and made me say my “business lingo” for answering a call. So, I pretended like the phone just rang and stated my lines. Shen then replied with, “Hi, I would like to schedule a pregnancy session.” Of course, my jaw dropped followed by the long “awwww” and then I giggled. And with that, I made sure to fit her into my vacation schedule. I also did a few photographs for her Baby Shower<\/a> as well.<\/p>\n

Cristal is due in the beginning of September. Although I am not finished with them, I wanted to get up a few before that little baby (it’s a boy) comes. He doesn’t have a name yet, so I call him the “Nameless Wonder”. They have two names in mind, but will be waiting to meet him face to face before they ultimately decide.<\/p>\n
