Cecily actually turned on last month. But since I was on my baby leave, she was unable to come in. But she came in as soon as she could and we had a blast. She was so sweet and cute. Here’s you sneak peek, your proofs will be ready within a few days.
My current website will be getting a well-deserved facelift. It will also be easier to navigate and have all the session info, price info, package info, etc on it. So, new and current clients won’t have to go searching for it on the blog. Yes, the blog will be going back to it’s main purpose of just being a blog with just sneak peeks, promo info and up-to-date info.
The new site will be a flash site only and will not have a dial-up link like the current one. What that means is that if you have a dial-up internet connection, it may take time to load. But since everyone seems to have DSL, Cable or Broadband, the dial-up site seems worthless.
A few other changes will be noticeable for current clients if you’re looking hard. Either way, I’m going back to LESS IS MORE and changing a few things – taking some things away and adding new things (prints/products). I’m keeping it simple focussing on what’s been most popular and affordable.
This new site could be up as early as 2 days or as late at 2 weeks. Keep an eye out for it. I love the new look and am so excited about it! And just in case some of you are wondering, the website address will remain the same.
Many of you probably recognize Clayton, he is on the Inch By Inch (baby’s first year) plan. And he has also come in a few times separately to have portraits taken with other family members. Well, his Daddy is in the Army and came home for a few weeks on leave. So, here they are, the complete family. Of course, these are just your sneak peeks, your proofs will be ready within a few days.

Audrey was my test session I spoke about in a previous post. She was a lot of fun. Normally, I post about 3 or 4 photos a a sneak peek. But there were so many adorable photos, that I decided to show 5 of my favorites. So, here’s your sneak peek, your proofs will be ready within a few days.

I did a test session with a friend a few days and I am definitely ready to start sessions again on June 2nd. I received a lot of inquiries while on my baby leave. I had to turn a lot away and I am so sorry. But I am back and ready to go!
I have a lot of 1st Birthday sessions coming up. I love these sessions! They are so much fun, especially when the cake comes into play. If you were one of my “Bundle In The Oven” families, you will be receiving your promo card for your baby’s 1st Birthday session. So, look for it in your mailbox.
If you were not part of the “Bundle” family, and would like to schedule a 1st Birthday session, it’s a current promotion so please contact me to schedule your appointment or to get more info.
I have placed promotional cards in several local stores in our area. If you are a current client and ran out of referral cards, call me to find out where some of the promo cards are so you can tell a friend or two where to get one.
And I also will be looking around for fresh faces while I am out and about shopping or running errands. I have plans for summer sessions, lots of promotions and discounts coming up so be sure to subscribe to the blog to get the info as it’s posted.
I look forward to getting back and meeting new families, mommy’s/daddy’s-to-be, high school seniors, tweens, toddlers and babies! And speaking of babies, for those of you who haven’t seen mine, here’s her birth announcement and an extra picture of her.
Congrats on the birth of your beautiful little girl! I love the photos and the announcement! Also, best wishes as you begin doing sessions again. I read through the last few pages and see you’ve had a rather lengthy recovery from the birth. I’m glad you are getting well and able to get back to your photography!
